Rotel Cheese Dip!

“My family and close friends love our Carolina Gamecocks!!! Fall is our favorite season of the year!! My daughter just moved to Columbia for college so football Saturdays just got a little more special!!!  These 2 recipes have been handed down from family and are easy and quick plus they're always the 1st appetizers to vanish!! Ingredients:

1 block of Velveeta Cheese

1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 block of cream cheese

Tostitos

Take a block of Velveeta cheese and cut into small cubes.  Place in a small crockpot for melting.  Once slightly melted then add 1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes w/green chilies and a block of cream cheese and mix it all together!  Grab some Tostitos for dipping and it's a party!!!
