We are here to get you moving toward finding your new home! Use our website, internet team, and social media accounts as a resource to choose your favorite floorplans before visiting. As you have questions, whether it’s about home designs or home financing, we have the experts ready to assist.

Visit

Ready to take the next step? So are we! Schedule your visit with our New Home Specialist who is trained to ask you the right questions to help you find the floorplan that best meets your needs, your homesite, your dreams, and your budget. If you have your lot, we are available for a free site evaluation as well!

Design

Once we’ve picked out the floorplan for you, our professional designers will use their years of experience to help you finalize your home structure and livable spaces, as well as your finishing designer touches. As always, we’ll help you keep both your dreams and your budget in check as you make your design selections.

Build

There are so many milestones along the construction journey from the pre-construction meeting, ground breaking, pre-drywall meeting, and your pre-closing walk. With our 45-plus years of experience in homebuilding, rest assured that we will help you navigate each step along the way.

Do I have to have land?

No worries! If you haven’t purchased your land yet, we can still help by putting you in touch with a Realtor who specializes in land purchases. If you have your land already, we’d love to offer you a free site evaluation with a member of our team.

Where do you build?

Our experienced team of homebuilders and designers is ready to start building on your land in the greater Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina, the greater Charlotte areas of North and South Carolina, and the greater Charleston and Greenville areas of South Carolina.

Can I use my own floorplan?

No need! We have more than 40 floorplans to choose from, each with hundreds of structural and design options to personalize your home to fit your needs.

What are my financing options?

Oftentimes 100% financing is available if you already own your land. We have a list of preferred lenders who can help you navigate the options available to you.

Great question! If you own your land already, we can start with a free site evaluation. Or, join us at one of our information events. If you prefer a one-on-one meeting to get your questions answered, we can schedule that too.

Do you have any models to tour?

We do! We have about a dozen furnished model homes in the Charlotte area at any one time. We also have quick-move-in homes being built around the Charlotte area that we can show you. We are happy to schedule an appointment for you to see a model.

Can we customize our plan?

Yes! At Eastwood Homes, we want to make this homebuilding experience as easy as possible, and offering hundreds of structural and design options to personalize our plans helps us do so. The best part? These structural options have already been drawn by an architect saving you time and money while still meeting your needs.

How many changes can I make to your floorplans?

We have dozens of personalized structural options already drawn by an architect to make your home meet your needs, these include third floors, sideload or three-car garages, studies, and more. By choosing Eastwood Homes, you benefit because those changes have already been drawn by an architect, saving you time and money. We also have plenty of interior design options available to help bring your vision to life.

Can we add an outdoor living package?

Definitely! We have outdoor living packages available to choose from!

Will you handle my site work for me?

Absolutely. We recommend starting with a free site evaluation so we can help you narrow down which homes will fit, and if you have space to add that third garage bay for example. There are a lot of factors that can affect the home build experience, and we bring the experience gained from 45-plus years of building homes to your homesite.
