Chandler Oaks - McLeansville, NC: |
After searching for a home for about a year, I finally found not just a new house, but the perfect home. I had been looking at homes everywhere in the triad area. The homes that I saw either were too small or spacious with no detail. Then, one day my mother was riding around and advised me to contact Chandler Oaks. Initially I thought the location was great and the homes were new which was even better.
When I called Chandler Oaks, I spoke with Toni Crowson, New Home Specialist, she was sweetest and most helpful person I had ever spoken with. She advised me that she had three homes that were ready for move-in. So I visited Chandler Oaks and once she took me into the first house, I knew that house would be my home. The neighborhood had curb appeal. The homes were beautiful. The inside of the homes had a lot of detail. The house consisted of high ceilings, crown molding, an open floor plan, and so many other features that won me over.
I told Toni my look was over, Chandler Oaks would be my new home. Toni made the purchasing process so easy. She worked very diligently with my lender. She responded to my questions and concerns rapidly and was very knowledgeable. A month later, I moved my things into my new home. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming. I felt like I had been here for years. After moving in Darbey, the builder, checked on me to make sure everything was fine and answered any questions that I had. He was so helpful and knowledgeable as well.
I want to commend Eastwood Homes because these homes are truly remarkable!

| Me and my wife wanted to give Eastwood Homes appreciation and thanks when it comes to customer service. Your service technician Scott Crawford was absolutely the most helpful person we've met since moving to the Harrisburg area(Canterfield Sub). He actually helped us with concerns we had about drywall imperfections (screw pops)and he explained it as well. He was very thorough when he fixed things and was a downright pleasure to meet. If he's what Eastwood Homes exemplifies then i'm happy we bought a Eastwood home.
